偏瘫是脑卒中常见后遗症，给社会和家庭带来沉重负担。近年来国内外学者对偏瘫早期康复护理的研究日益增多，本文对近几年早期康复的相关进展进行综述，重点是时间选择，基础、心理、康复体位护理和运动功能、家庭康复护理等。

Hemiplegia is a common sequelae of stroke which brings serious burden to the society and families. In recent years, more and more domestic and foreign scholars have studied the early rehabilitation nursing for hemiplegia. This paper elaborates the present researches of early rehabilitation, which focuses on the time choosing, the basic, psychological and the rehabilitation posture nursing, the motor function and the family rehabilitation care.
