目的:探讨硫酸钙/骨基质明胶可降解复合人工材料用于兔尺骨骨缺损的修复效果。方法选取已建立尺骨缺损模型家兔30只,采用随机数字表法将其分为3组,即空白对照组、单纯硫酸钙组及硫酸钙/骨基质明胶组,比较3组家兔术后12周骨痂形成率、骨性修复率及双轨征出现率、骨缺损修复 X 线片评分、尺骨扭转强度等。结果硫酸钙/骨基质明胶组骨痂形成率为93.33%、骨性修复率为86.67%、双轨征出现率为93.33%、骨缺损修复X 线片评分(11.85±2.14)分、尺桡骨扭转强度(0.87±0.13)N × M ,5项均明显高于单纯硫酸钙组和空白对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硫酸钙/骨基质明胶可降解复合人工材料,用于兔尺骨骨缺损修复效果显著,可有效促进骨痂形成及骨结构修复。
目的:探討硫痠鈣/骨基質明膠可降解複閤人工材料用于兔呎骨骨缺損的脩複效果。方法選取已建立呎骨缺損模型傢兔30隻,採用隨機數字錶法將其分為3組,即空白對照組、單純硫痠鈣組及硫痠鈣/骨基質明膠組,比較3組傢兔術後12週骨痂形成率、骨性脩複率及雙軌徵齣現率、骨缺損脩複 X 線片評分、呎骨扭轉彊度等。結果硫痠鈣/骨基質明膠組骨痂形成率為93.33%、骨性脩複率為86.67%、雙軌徵齣現率為93.33%、骨缺損脩複X 線片評分(11.85±2.14)分、呎橈骨扭轉彊度(0.87±0.13)N × M ,5項均明顯高于單純硫痠鈣組和空白對照組,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論硫痠鈣/骨基質明膠可降解複閤人工材料,用于兔呎骨骨缺損脩複效果顯著,可有效促進骨痂形成及骨結構脩複。
목적:탐토류산개/골기질명효가강해복합인공재료용우토척골골결손적수복효과。방법선취이건립척골결손모형가토30지,채용수궤수자표법장기분위3조,즉공백대조조、단순류산개조급류산개/골기질명효조,비교3조가토술후12주골가형성솔、골성수복솔급쌍궤정출현솔、골결손수복 X 선편평분、척골뉴전강도등。결과류산개/골기질명효조골가형성솔위93.33%、골성수복솔위86.67%、쌍궤정출현솔위93.33%、골결손수복X 선편평분(11.85±2.14)분、척뇨골뉴전강도(0.87±0.13)N × M ,5항균명현고우단순류산개조화공백대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론류산개/골기질명효가강해복합인공재료,용우토척골골결손수복효과현저,가유효촉진골가형성급골결구수복。
Objective To explore the reparative effect of CS /BMG biodegradable artificial material on the de-fect of rabbit ulna bone .Methods Thirty rabbits on which ulna defect model had been established were selected ,di-vided into three groups that normal control group ,pure CS treatment group and CS /BMG group by using the random number table method ,then compared these datas that bone callus formation rate ,bony rate ,rate of dual track ap-peared ,bone defect repair X-ray score ,ulna torsional stresses among three groups in the following 12 weeks .Results CS/BMG group bony callus formation rate ,estoration rate ,the double-track sign rate ,bone defect repair X-ray score , ulna torsional stresses were 93 .3% ,86 .7% ,93 .3% ,(11 .85 ± 2 .14) ,(0 .87 ± 0 .13)N × M ,which were higher than the pure CS group and blank control group (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion The reparative effect of CS /BMG biodegradable artificial material on the defect of rabbit ulna bone is remarkable .
