为满足配电自动化等配电网业务系统应用需要,考虑配电网网架结构特征并分析配电通信网对电力骨干通信网的依存关系,研究了大规模配电网通信基于以太网的无源光网络(EPON)技术以及上联骨干通信相关关键技术和工程问题。提出配电网通信采用 EPON 灵活组网和应用的技术路线,包括配电通信系统 EPON 设计原则,分区自治优化结构方法,网络收敛性、网络健壮性保证和效益比较。给出了实际大规模EPON接入网及其上联局端组网结构和 IP 域分区自治应用实例。

In order to meet the application needs of distribution automation and other systems,the relationship between the distribution telecommunication network and the backbone communication network is analyzed based on the characteristics of the former.Then the key technology of Ethernet passive optical network (EPON) and its linking to the backbone communication network in the large-scale distribution system is studied.The EPON scheme and its technical route in the distribution network are proposed,such as design principles of the EPON,the optimization method for network regional autonomy,network convergence and robustness,and benefit comparison of network schemes.Application examples of large-scale EPON,bureau end network and regional autonomy of IP are given.
