通过对变电站在线监测系统接口与功能规范的分析,提出从在线监测智能电子设备(IED)到站端监测单元与状态监测主站的一体化建模方法。针对变电站在线监测系统主要关注一次设备及其部件的实体信息的特点,采用公共信息模型的电力系统资源类和资产类,建立变电站在线监测系统的电网结构与一次设备模型,并给出站端监测单元与状态监测主站之间的模型共享实现方案,以减少建模的工作量,保障模型的一致性。以IEC 61850模型为基础,对状态监测数据接入规范进行扩展,建立在线监测IED与站端监测单元的设备参数与数据模型,并给出在线监测 IED 与站端监测单元之间数据映射的实现方法,以实现在线监测数据模型的源端维护。

By analyzing the interface and function specification of the on-line monitoring system in substation,the integrated modeling approach from on-line monitoring intelligent electronic devices(IED)to substation side monitoring unit and condition monitoring master station system is proposed.In view of the feature that the on-line monitoring system is mainly concerned about the entity information of primary equipment and its components,the power system resource class and asset class of the common information model are used to establish the power grid structure and primary equipment model of the on-line monitoring system in substations.In addition,to reduce the modeling workload and ensure the consistency of model,the implementation scheme for achieving model sharing between substation side monitoring unit and condition monitoring master station system is also given.Based on the model of IEC 61850,the condition monitoring data access specification is extended, the equipment parameter and data model of on-line monitoring IED and substation side monitoring unit are developed,and the approach to realizing the data mapping between on-line monitoring IED and substation side monitoring unit is given to perform source-end maintenance of the on-line monitoring data model.
