目的：探讨护理干预对高血压患者用药依从性的影响。方法：将体检发现确诊的高血患者100例随机分成实验组和对照组各50例。实验组实施一系列的护理干预，对照组则否。治疗4周后分别对2组患者进行遵医行为调查。结果：护理干预前，两组患者治疗依从性比较无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；护理干预后，两组患者比较有统计学意义（P〈0．01），实验组血压控制明显好于对照组。结论：护理干预可提高高血压患者用药依从性。
目的：探討護理榦預對高血壓患者用藥依從性的影響。方法：將體檢髮現確診的高血患者100例隨機分成實驗組和對照組各50例。實驗組實施一繫列的護理榦預，對照組則否。治療4週後分彆對2組患者進行遵醫行為調查。結果：護理榦預前，兩組患者治療依從性比較無統計學意義（P〉0．05）；護理榦預後，兩組患者比較有統計學意義（P〈0．01），實驗組血壓控製明顯好于對照組。結論：護理榦預可提高高血壓患者用藥依從性。
목적：탐토호리간예대고혈압환자용약의종성적영향。방법：장체검발현학진적고혈환자100례수궤분성실험조화대조조각50례。실험조실시일계렬적호리간예，대조조칙부。치료4주후분별대2조환자진행준의행위조사。결과：호리간예전，량조환자치료의종성비교무통계학의의（P〉0．05）；호리간예후，량조환자비교유통계학의의（P〈0．01），실험조혈압공제명현호우대조조。결론：호리간예가제고고혈압환자용약의종성。
Objective To explore effects and evaluation of nursing countermeasures on hypertension patients with antihypertensive therapy.Methods One hundred of hypertension having diagnosed were randomly divided into test group and control group for every 50 examples.The test group received a series of countermeasures,but the control group didn’t .Al of them have been set up telephone contact.Six months after treatment,respectively, of Group 2 patients investigate compliance.Results Nursing intervention ago, two groups of treatment compliance in patients with no statistical significance(P>0.05). Care intervention, compared two groups of patients were statistical y significant (P <0.05), the experimental group was significantly higher than that. Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve medication compliance in patients with hypertension.
