目的：探讨多媒体健康教育在急诊留观输液患者中的应用效果。方法：对300例急诊留观输液的患者随机分为实验组及对照组，每组150例，两组健康教育内容相同。实验组主要通过专业护士播放多媒体健康教育片进行宣传和讲解。对照组由专业护士按常规进行口头宣教或者发放健康手册等方式进行健康教育。于患者出院前，根据科室自行设计的评价标准进行健康教育效果评价。结果：实验组的健康教育知识的掌握程度、对护理工作的满意度显著高于对照组（P〈0.001）。结论：多媒体健康教育的实施，既便于护士操作，又能提高患者对健康教育知识的掌握程度，有利于患者建立健康生活方式，能提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective:To investigate the multimedia health education in emergency observation application effect of infusion in patients. Methods:300 patients with emergency infusion were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 150 cases in each group, the health education content of each groups is same. the experimental group mainly teaching by professional nurses through the multimedia. The control group by professional nurses conventional random oral education and health manuals. For effect evaluation of health education to patients discharged before the selfdesigned evaluation criteria. Results: the degree, master of nursing work satisfaction was significantly higher than that in control group, experimental group health education knowledge (P<0.001). Conclusion:the use of multimedia to carry out health education, which facilitates the operation of nurses, can improve the patients' mastery of health knowledge, helps patients to establish healthy life style, improve the patients' satisfaction to nursing work.
