【目的】探讨季节性变应性鼻炎(SAR)与血清白三烯E4(LTE4)及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平的变化及临床意义。【方法】选择符合S A R标准的患者40例作为观察组,同时选取40例正常人作为对照组,分别在春、夏、秋、冬四个季节进行一次血清LTE4、TNF-α水平的检测。【结果】观察组血清LTE4、TNF-α水平在春、冬季较对照组均有显著增高,且两组相比较差异均有显著性(P<0.01或 P<0.05),而两组在夏、秋季血清LTE4、TNF-α水平相比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。且血清LTE4与TNF-α无明显相关性。【结论】血清LTE4、TNF-α通过参与局部炎症反应,在SAR发病过程中起到较重要的作用,在临床的预防及诊治中有较大的参考价值。

【목적】탐토계절성변응성비염(SAR)여혈청백삼희E4(LTE4)급종류배사인자(TNF-α)수평적변화급림상의의。【방법】선택부합S A R표준적환자40례작위관찰조,동시선취40례정상인작위대조조,분별재춘、하、추、동사개계절진행일차혈청LTE4、TNF-α수평적검측。【결과】관찰조혈청LTE4、TNF-α수평재춘、동계교대조조균유현저증고,차량조상비교차이균유현저성(P<0.01혹 P<0.05),이량조재하、추계혈청LTE4、TNF-α수평상비교무통계학의의(P>0.05)。차혈청LTE4여TNF-α무명현상관성。【결론】혈청LTE4、TNF-α통과삼여국부염증반응,재SAR발병과정중기도교중요적작용,재림상적예방급진치중유교대적삼고개치。
[Objective] To explore changes and clinical significance of leukotriene E 4(LTE4) and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α) in seasonal allergic rhinitis(SAR) .[Methods] Totally 40 patients who met the SAR diagnosis standard were regarded as observation group ,while 40 healthy people were regarded as control group .Serum levels of LTE4 and TNF-αin each season were detected .[Results]Compared with control group ,serum levels of LTE4 and TNF-αof observation group in spring and winter were increased significantly (LTE4:P <0 .05 in spring and P <0 .01 in winter)(TNF-α:all P <0 .01 in spring and winter) .There was no significant difference in serum levels of LTE4 and TNF-αin summer and autumn between two groups ( P>0 .05) .Serum LTE4 had no obvious correlation with TNF-α.[Conclusion] Serum levels of LTE4 and TNF-α play an important role in the pathogenesis of SAR through local inflammatory response .They are of great reference value in clinical prevention and treatment .
