The clinical training for advanced students is quite important and very difficult ,however ,it’ s also necessary to maintain the routine medical missions and to improve the medical quality .Rooted from the digitalized hospital ,the authors explored an innovated clinical training approach for advanced students in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery .It’s demonstrated that three targeted navigations and three core training modules are the key points for this teaching system .Advanced students have show n remarkable progress and achievements in their clinical abilities either for individuals or teams . This teaching method worthy an further attention and advanced expansion .
