社交网站上的隐私问题越来越严重。如何使得每个人回归为默认的隐私个体，法律法规的保护是必不可少的。笔者列举了部分相关法律法规，以及最新出台的国家标准《信息安全技术公共及商用服务信息系统个人信息保护指南》等。然而这样一些在现实空间无比有效的手段，在网络空间却需要进一步把对隐私的保护的理解编码到既有网站中来才能真正实现。笔者认为不能奢望一次性颠覆或者重新构建现有的社交网站代码，而是从社交网站的默认选项开始，修改完善现有社交网站的默认选项的设计。一方面考虑社交网站的开放共享需求，另一方面考虑大多数用户的网络隐私需求，从而实现社交网站上每个用户都享有默认的隐私。

Privacy issues on social networking sites are more and more serious. How to make everyone return to the default of individual privacy, protection of the laws and regulations is essential. This paper has been listed some relevant laws and regulations, and the latest national standards"The guide of the protection of the personal information about the service of in-formation security technology for the public and commerce". Those methods are very effective in the real space, however, in the network space, they need to be understood and translated to codes of the network sites. This paper suggests modifying and improving the design of the default option first. On the one hand, consider the demand of the opening and sharing of the network sites, on the other hand, consider the need of the privacy of most users.
