按体质量对等原则将18只3月龄左右的小尾寒羊分为3个饲粮处理组,每组6只.采用单因子随机分组设计,研究不同比例菊芋粕饲料对断奶羔羊生长发育的影响.试验设3个日粮处理,处理Ⅰ为用菊芋粕替代8%基础日粮(干物质基础),处理Ⅱ为用菊芋粕替代15%基础日粮(干物质基础),处理Ⅲ为用菊芋粕替代30%基础日粮(干物质基础).结果表明:处理Ⅱ组体质量增长速度较快,与处理Ⅰ、Ⅲ组差异显著(P<0.01).体尺方面,Ⅰ组体高生长最快,与Ⅱ、Ⅲ组差异显著(P<0.05);Ⅱ组体长生长最快,与Ⅰ、Ⅲ组差异显著(P<0.05).小尾寒羊对菊芋粕的干物质消化率、氮消化率、有机物消化率、中性洗涤纤维消化率、酸性洗涤纤维消化率、钙消化率、磷消化率分别为61.35%、67.07%、63.27%、46.70%、46.65%、24.40%、33.96%,各处理组间差异不显著(P>0.05).综合分析各指标,基础日粮中添加15%菊芋粕(处理Ⅱ组)对羔羊生长发育效果最佳.

According to the homogeneous principle,1 8 small-tailed han sheep about 3 months ages were divided into three groups randomly,and each group with six sheep.Using the design of single factor ran-dom test,the effects of different proportion of Helianthustuberosus meal on the growth and development of weaning lamb were studied.Three treatments were set,treatmentⅠwas 8% of Helianthus tuberosus meal in basic ration,treatmentⅡwas 1 5% of Helianthus tuberosus meal in base ration (dry matter basis),treat-ment Ⅲ was 30% of Helianthus tuberosus meal in base ration (dry matter basis).The results showed that the increasing of weight,body height and body length of groupⅡwere all the fastest,and were all signifi-cant different with groupⅠ and group Ⅲ(P<0.05).The digestibility of dry matter,nitrogen,organic mat-ter,neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber,calcium and phosphorus were 61.35%,67.07%,63.27%, 67.07%,46.65%,24.40% and 33.96%,respectively.No significant differences between each groups was found.Based on the comprehensive consideration,adding 1 5% Helianthus tuberosus meal diet was the best additive amount for the lamb growth.
