试验选用24日龄‘科宝’肉仔鸡528只,随机分配到11个处理组中,每个处理组8个重复(公母各4个重复),每个重复6只鸡,以10份不同来源菜籽粕作为蛋白质唯一来源配制成10种半纯合日粮,同时添加无氮日粮组作为内源基础对照,分别测定不同来源菜籽粕回肠表观氨基酸消化率(AID)和回肠真氨基酸消化率(TID).结果表明:性别对肉仔鸡回肠末端内源氨基酸基础损失量(BAAL)、AID和TID 无显著影响(P>0.05);不同来源菜籽粕的肉仔鸡AID和TID 存在显著性差异(P<0.05),其中6号菜籽粕(来源武威)AID和TID 均显著高于其他来源菜籽粕(P<0.05);5号菜籽粕(来源临洮)蛋氨酸消化率最低,7号菜籽粕(来源定西)赖氨酸消化率最低.结果显示,不同来源菜籽粕回肠表观氨基酸消化率及真氨基酸消化率差异显著(P<0.05).

시험선용24일령‘과보’육자계528지,수궤분배도11개처리조중,매개처리조8개중복(공모각4개중복),매개중복6지계,이10빈불동래원채자박작위단백질유일래원배제성10충반순합일량,동시첨가무담일량조작위내원기출대조,분별측정불동래원채자박회장표관안기산소화솔(AID)화회장진안기산소화솔(TID).결과표명:성별대육자계회장말단내원안기산기출손실량(BAAL)、AID화TID 무현저영향(P>0.05);불동래원채자박적육자계AID화TID 존재현저성차이(P<0.05),기중6호채자박(래원무위)AID화TID 균현저고우기타래원채자박(P<0.05);5호채자박(래원림조)단안산소화솔최저,7호채자박(래원정서)뢰안산소화솔최저.결과현시,불동래원채자박회장표관안기산소화솔급진안기산소화솔차이현저(P<0.05).
528 heads of 24-day old ‘Cobb’broilers were allocated randomly into 11 groups to assess the variation of ileal apparent amino acid (AID)and true amino acid (TID)of different sourced rapeseed meal in broilers,with 8 replicates (half male)per group and 6 birds per replicate.Ten kinds of half purified diets based on 10 different sourced rapeseed meal samples were formulated and one another non-nitrogen diet was prepared as an endogenic control to determine the AID and TID of them.The results showed that there were not significant differences among groups in the loss of endogenous amino,AID and TID affected by gender of broilers(P≥0.05).Amino acid digestibility of different sourced rapeseed meals were signifi-cant differences(P<0.05).No.6 rapeseed meal which from Wuwei was higher at AID and TID than those of others(P<0.05).There was lowest methionine digestibility for No.5 samples which from Lintao and the No.7 samples (from Dingxi)had lowest lysine digestibility.There were significant differences among different sourced rapeseed meal samples at both AID and TID(P<0.05).
