目的:观察 B超引导下冷循环微波刀治疗原发性肝癌的临床效果。方法2006年12月至2012年1月于我科诊治因各种原因无法进行手术的PLC患者,共82例,行B超引导下冷循环微波刀,观察术中、术后并发症发生情况,动态监测术后AFP及肝功能变化、生活质量及近期生存率。结果本组患者在术中、术后均未出现严重并发症,患者生存质量、临床症状、AFP等均明显改善,术后1、2、3年生存率分别为81.3%、62.7%和39.8%,1年生存率较外科手术切除相近,2、3年生存率较其有所升高。结论 B超引导下冷循环微波刀作为治疗PLC的一门新技术,能切实改善患者的生存质量、临床症状,提高术后生存率。

목적:관찰 B초인도하랭순배미파도치료원발성간암적림상효과。방법2006년12월지2012년1월우아과진치인각충원인무법진행수술적PLC환자,공82례,행B초인도하랭순배미파도,관찰술중、술후병발증발생정황,동태감측술후AFP급간공능변화、생활질량급근기생존솔。결과본조환자재술중、술후균미출현엄중병발증,환자생존질량、림상증상、AFP등균명현개선,술후1、2、3년생존솔분별위81.3%、62.7%화39.8%,1년생존솔교외과수술절제상근,2、3년생존솔교기유소승고。결론 B초인도하랭순배미파도작위치료PLC적일문신기술,능절실개선환자적생존질량、림상증상,제고술후생존솔。
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical value of B ultrasound-guided psychro-circulation percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy in treating Primary liver cancer. Methods 82 cases with PLC who could not undergo surgery for various reasons were selected to receive B ultrasound-guided psychro-circulation percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy from Dec.2006 to Jan.2012 in our hospital. The pre-and postoperative clinical symptoms、alpha fetoprotein(AFP) levels、liver function and quality of life were detected.The postoperative 1.2 and 3 Y survival rate of those patients was followed up and recorded.Results No severe complications occurred in this series. patients' quality of life、clinical symptoms and AFP were obviously improved.The postoperative 1,2 and 3 Y survival rate was 81.3%、62.7% and 39.8%. Conclusions psychro-circulation percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy is an efective method for treating PLC, and it is especially suitable for inoperable patients,because of its few complications and convenient performance.
