目的：探讨食管癌术后经护理干预对胃食管反流患者的生活质量的影响。方法以数字法抽选58例食管癌患者，均经手术治疗，同时并发胃食管反流。将其分为干预组和对照组，在采用常规治疗及护理同时，干预组实施护理干预。用Q L Q-c30生命质量评价两组患者生命质量的差异。结果观察组QLQ-C30问卷各指标均优于对照组，结果具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论护理干预可预防食管癌胃食管反流，提高患者的生命质量。
목적：탐토식관암술후경호리간예대위식관반류환자적생활질량적영향。방법이수자법추선58례식관암환자，균경수술치료，동시병발위식관반류。장기분위간예조화대조조，재채용상규치료급호리동시，간예조실시호리간예。용Q L Q-c30생명질량평개량조환자생명질량적차이。결과관찰조QLQ-C30문권각지표균우우대조조，결과구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론호리간예가예방식관암위식관반류，제고환자적생명질량。
Objective Investigation of esophageal carcinoma after nursing intervention on gastroesophageal reflux patients quality of life. Methods: The digital method selected 58 cases of esophageal cancer patients were treated by operation combined with gastroesophageal reflux. Divided into intervention group and control group, the routine treatment and nursing intervention group at the same time, the implementation of nursing intervention. Evaluation of differences between the two groups of quality of life in patients with the quality of life of QLQ - c30.
