目的：探讨如何减少血透患者失血的相关因素，确保透析的安全性，提高透析质量。方法对实验组加强科学管理、改进穿刺固定方法以及用超滤液代替血液作生化检测等措施对透析中各个环节进行优化，然后观察失血量。结果除有少数环节失血无法避免外，透析过程中的大部分环节失血量明显减少，每次透析总失血量减少了约67％。结论通过对透析中各环节进行优化，能有效降低患者在血液透析各环节中的失血量，保障医疗安全。
목적：탐토여하감소혈투환자실혈적상관인소，학보투석적안전성，제고투석질량。방법대실험조가강과학관리、개진천자고정방법이급용초려액대체혈액작생화검측등조시대투석중각개배절진행우화，연후관찰실혈량。결과제유소수배절실혈무법피면외，투석과정중적대부분배절실혈량명현감소，매차투석총실혈량감소료약67％。결론통과대투석중각배절진행우화，능유효강저환자재혈액투석각배절중적실혈량，보장의료안전。
Objective To discuss the relevant factors how to reduce the blood loss in hemodialysis patients, ensure the safety of dialysis and improve the quality of dialysis.Methods The dialysis process are optimized each step for the experimental groups by strengthening scientific management, using improve punctured fixing method and replacing blood with ultra-filtrate. Then blood loss of each patient is observed at all stages in the process of each dialysis. Results Except a few process of blood loss can not be avoided, most of the processes of blood loss are significantly reduced, total blood loss in each dialysis can be reduced about 67%. Conclusions By optimizing every process of dialysis can effectively reduce blood loss in patients with hemodialysis-related factors, and ensure medical safety.
