目的：探讨PFNA微创内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析58例应用PFNA微创内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。结果58例使用PFNA微创内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折皆得到骨性愈合，功能恢复良好。结论 PFNA微创内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折是简单有效的方法。
목적：탐토PFNA미창내고정치료고골조륭간골절적료효。방법회고성분석58례응용PFNA미창내고정치료고골조륭간골절적림상효과。결과58례사용PFNA미창내고정치료고골조륭간골절개득도골성유합，공능회복량호。결론 PFNA미창내고정치료고골조륭간골절시간단유효적방법。
Objective:To explore the clinical significance of the treatment for intertrochanteric fracture by the using of proximal femoral nail antirotation (PFNA) minimal y invasive internal fixation.Methods:Retrospectively analysed the clinical effect of 58 cases who were suffered from intertrochanteric fracture and were treated by PFNA minimal y invasive internal fixation.Results:The 58 cases al obtained bone union and restored function wel .Conclusion:The result suggests that the using of minimal y invasive internal fixation of PFNA is a very easy and effective method in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture.
