目的:观察复方树莓液对高脂饮食喂养的Wister大鼠肝脂肪变性的保护作用。方法取Wister大鼠30只,其中正常对照组10只,给与正常饲料喂养;高脂饮食组10只,给与高脂饲料喂养;高脂饮食并复方树莓液灌胃组10只,在给与高脂饲料喂养的同时,每天复方树莓液1m l灌胃。连续喂养5周后,将动物用乌拉坦腹腔注射麻醉,腹主动脉采血,测其血浆总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)等含量;取部分肝组织制作病理切片,HE染色观察肝脂肪变性情况。结果与正常对照组比较,高脂饮食组、高脂饮食并复方树莓液灌胃组大鼠体重、血糖、血浆中的TC、TG等普遍增高,高脂饮食组升高最为明显;光镜下观察,正常对照组肝细胞形态、结构、排列正常,高脂饮食组、高脂饮食并复方树莓液灌胃组则可见多处脂质沉积,但以单纯高脂饮食组为重,与生化检测结果一致。结论高脂饮食饲料可导致大鼠脂肪肝;复方树莓液对高脂饮食喂养的Wister大鼠肝脂肪变性具有保护作用。

목적:관찰복방수매액대고지음식위양적Wister대서간지방변성적보호작용。방법취Wister대서30지,기중정상대조조10지,급여정상사료위양;고지음식조10지,급여고지사료위양;고지음식병복방수매액관위조10지,재급여고지사료위양적동시,매천복방수매액1m l관위。련속위양5주후,장동물용오랍탄복강주사마취,복주동맥채혈,측기혈장총담고순(TC)、감유삼지(TG)등함량;취부분간조직제작병리절편,HE염색관찰간지방변성정황。결과여정상대조조비교,고지음식조、고지음식병복방수매액관위조대서체중、혈당、혈장중적TC、TG등보편증고,고지음식조승고최위명현;광경하관찰,정상대조조간세포형태、결구、배렬정상,고지음식조、고지음식병복방수매액관위조칙가견다처지질침적,단이단순고지음식조위중,여생화검측결과일치。결론고지음식사료가도치대서지방간;복방수매액대고지음식위양적Wister대서간지방변성구유보호작용。
Objective to observe the compound fluid of raspberries to protect the Wister rat with high-fat diet from hepatic steatosis. Methods Total of 30 Wister rats has been divided into 3 groups. The normal control group was only given the normal feed; The control group was given high fat feed; The test group was given high-fat diet and compound raspberries liquid 1 ml every day to fil the stomach. Continuous feeding 5 weeks later, the animals were dined, and got blood from abdominal aortic to measure the plasma total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), and other content. Take part of the liver tissue to get the pathological slices, HE dyeing observation of hepatic steatosis. Results Compared with normal control group, the body weight, blood glucose, plasma TC and TG of the rat are increased general y in other two groups, the control group was most evident rise. There are more hepatic lipid accumulation were observed under microscope in the control group and test group, but more seriously in control group, consistent with the results of biochemical tests. Conclusion The high fat diet can lead to feed rats with fatty liver; Compound raspberries fluid plays a protective role in Wister rat from hepatic steatosis with high fat diet feeding.
