分析了大数据时代数据库系统新技术和需求的迫切性，从多个方面比较了传统的关系型数据库和非关系型数据库的差异，针对关系型数据库存在的问题及缺陷，提出了使用非关系型数据库的必要性。给出了非关系型数据库课程理论和实验教学内容，并结合实例描述了非关系型数据库的用法。引入非关系型数据库的教学必能极大地增强大数据时代的信息化人才培养的力度，带来较好的经济效益和社会效益。

This paper analyzes some new technologies and exigent requirement of database system in big data age. it Compares the traditional relational database with the non-relational database from several aspects. For the problems and flaws of relational database,it presents the need for using non-relational database.It gives theoretical and experimental teaching content of non-rela-tional database. Combining with instance it describes the usage of non-relational database. Inporting non-relational database teaching can greatly increase information-based talents training in big data age, and bring good economic and social benefits.
