课务管理是教学管理中异常重要的一个环节，它面向教务员、教师、学生等多个角色，管理过程环节复杂。该文首先对课务管理系统结构进行了设计，并针对其中的选课、调课等管理过程中时效、时序性需求，设计了顾及时效性的课务管理系统，讨论了其工作流程和算法步骤。能够有效促进课务管理系统的有效性和及时性。

Curriculums related management is a very important process in the teaching management, it faces the teaching staff, teachers, students and other multiple roles,and its management processes is complex. This paper designs a system structure for cur-riculums management system, and then dicusses the order and time limitations in these processes of students chooseing their cours-es and teachers adjusting their class,and discusses the work flows and algorithm steps. It can effectively promote the effectiveness and seasonable of teaching management system.
