目的：探讨健康管理联合保妇康栓防治宫颈持续性高危型HPV感染的临床效果情况。方法分析本院2008年1月~2011年4月收治的高危型HPV感染阳性患者200例临床资料,依据是否实施方法不同进行临床分组,治疗组50例,空白对照组50例,阴性对照组50例,阳性对照组50例。结果治疗组患者6个月后、1年后的HPV-DNA转阴率及病毒负荷量均明显优于空白对照组、阴性对照组和阳性对照组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论健康管理联合保妇康栓治疗可以作为HPV感染防治的新模式,值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토건강관리연합보부강전방치궁경지속성고위형HPV감염적림상효과정황。방법분석본원2008년1월~2011년4월수치적고위형HPV감염양성환자200례림상자료,의거시부실시방법불동진행림상분조,치료조50례,공백대조조50례,음성대조조50례,양성대조조50례。결과치료조환자6개월후、1년후적HPV-DNA전음솔급병독부하량균명현우우공백대조조、음성대조조화양성대조조,P<0.05,차이균유통계학의의。결론건강관리연합보부강전치료가이작위HPV감염방치적신모식,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore clinical effect of cervical persistent high-risk HPV infection treated by health management and Baofukang suppository.Methods To analyze clinical data of 200 cases of High risk HPV infection patients in our hospital from January 2008 to April 2011, which was to be divided into four groups. The treatment group 50 cases, control group 50 cases, negative control group 50 cases, positive control group 50 cases.Results The HPV-DNA negative rate and viral load after 6 months and 1 year of treatment group was better than control group, negative control group, positive control group,P<0.05, the difference were statistical significance.Conclusion The health management combined with Baofukang suppository in the treatment can be used as a new mode of preventing HPV infection, which was to be used.
