目的：观察脑苷肌肽联合红花黄色素治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法随机将发病在3 d 内的急性脑梗死患者(115例)分为两组。两组均行常规治疗(阿司匹林抑制血小板聚集，甘露醇脱水)以及红黄黄色素100 mL 静脉滴注，每天1次，连用14 d；治疗组60例予脑苷肌肽6 mL加入生理盐水250 mL中静脉滴注，每天1次，连用14 d。两周后进行神经功能缺失评定。结果治疗组与对照组在治疗14 d后血浆B型脑钠肽前体(NT pro BNP)水平明显下降(P<0.05)，两组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分明显下降(P<0.05)，且治疗组比对照组疗效好(P<0.05)。结论两组均能明显改善急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损，临床疗效明显，且联用脑苷肌肽与红花黄色素疗效更好。
목적：관찰뇌감기태연합홍화황색소치료급성뇌경사적림상효과。방법수궤장발병재3 d 내적급성뇌경사환자(115례)분위량조。량조균행상규치료(아사필림억제혈소판취집，감로순탈수)이급홍황황색소100 mL 정맥적주，매천1차，련용14 d；치료조60례여뇌감기태6 mL가입생리염수250 mL중정맥적주，매천1차，련용14 d。량주후진행신경공능결실평정。결과치료조여대조조재치료14 d후혈장B형뇌납태전체(NT pro BNP)수평명현하강(P<0.05)，량조치료전후신경공능결손평분명현하강(P<0.05)，차치료조비대조조료효호(P<0.05)。결론량조균능명현개선급성뇌경사환자신경공능결손，림상료효명현，차련용뇌감기태여홍화황색소료효경호。
Objective To observe the curative effect of cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection combined with saffbr yellow for treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred and fifteen patients with acute cerebral infarction were divid-ed into observation group(n=60)treated with cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection combined with saffbr yellow on the basis of general routine treatment and control group(n=55)treated with saffbr yellow on the basis of general routine treatment.Re-sults After treatment for 14 days,the level of NT pro BNP in both group was obviously decreased (P<0.05).The neurological deficit scores in observation and control group significant were declined (P<0.05).Clinical efficiency in observation group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficiency of cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection combined with saffbr yellow was better than that in control group.
