目的：探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于12~16周药物流产的可行性。方法选取本院2O11年8月-2O13年8月收治的86例自愿终止妊娠者，随机将其分为对照组与观察组，各43例。对照组给予宫腔放管后钳刮术，观察组给予米非司酮配伍米索前列醇，比较两组流产效果。结果观察组妊娠者疼痛情况轻于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < O. O5）。观察组出血量、流产失败率与再孕流产率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P < O. O5）。结论采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于12~16周药物流产妊娠者具有更优的安全性与可行性，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토미비사동배오미색전렬순용우12~16주약물유산적가행성。방법선취본원2O11년8월-2O13년8월수치적86례자원종지임신자，수궤장기분위대조조여관찰조，각43례。대조조급여궁강방관후겸괄술，관찰조급여미비사동배오미색전렬순，비교량조유산효과。결과관찰조임신자동통정황경우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P < O. O5）。관찰조출혈량、유산실패솔여재잉유산솔균저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P < O. O5）。결론채용미비사동배오미색전렬순용우12~16주약물유산임신자구유경우적안전성여가행성，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of Mifepristone and Misoprostol used in 12 - 16 weeks pregnant woman for drug abortion. Methods 86 cases of voluntary termination pregnancy in this hospital from August 2O11 to August 2O13,were randomly divided into control group and observation group,43 cases of each group. Control group was given the pal-ace cavity tube after curettage,observation group was given Mifepristone and Misoprostol,abortion effects were compared be-tween the two groups. Results The pain of observation group was lighter than control group,the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P < O. O5). Amount of bleeding,abortion failure rate and pregnancy abortion rate of observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < O. O5). Conclusion The use of mifepristone combined with mi-soprostol for medical abortion in 12 - 16 weeks pregnancy is safe and feasible better,is worthy of clinical application.
