针对厌氧发酵生产沼气的工艺特点与控制要求,提出了两级监控系统方案,并进行了系统的总体设计,阐述了系统的软件实现及上下位机之间的通讯。该系统上位机由工业计算机和力控组态软件组成,下位机则采用西门子 S7-300系列可编程逻辑控制器( PLC)。通过控制系统的建立,实现了沼气生产的自动、高效和稳定运行。
針對厭氧髮酵生產沼氣的工藝特點與控製要求,提齣瞭兩級鑑控繫統方案,併進行瞭繫統的總體設計,闡述瞭繫統的軟件實現及上下位機之間的通訊。該繫統上位機由工業計算機和力控組態軟件組成,下位機則採用西門子 S7-300繫列可編程邏輯控製器( PLC)。通過控製繫統的建立,實現瞭沼氣生產的自動、高效和穩定運行。

According to the features and control requirement of the Biogas production of anaerobic fermentation process , a control system of two levels was set up and the overall design of the system is completed .It introduced the hardware structure , software design , software implementation of the system and the communication and connection of PLC and Force control .The system consists of IPC and monitor and control generated system ( Force control ) as upper computer , S7-300 PLC as lower one .It realized automatic , efficient and stable operation of the biogas production through the estab-lishment of the control system .
