农药变量施药技术作为精准农业的重要组成部分,可降低生产成本、控制农药对环境的污染,提高经济和生态效益。农药流量测量在整个变量施药控制系统中担任着重要的任务,其准确度和稳定性,是决定变量施药控制系统成败的关键。为此,开发了一套基于时差法的超声波农药流量测量装置,该装置采用了主控制器STM32 F103 R6 T6和高精度时间测量芯片 TDC-GP21。通过实验结果和精度分析验证,研制的超声波农药流量计达到1%的测量精度,能够满足农药变量施药控制系统的设计要求,并且为高测量精度和低功耗的超声波流量计提供了一个参考。

The pesticide spraying pesticide technology as an important part of the precision agriculture , by spraying pesti-cide to reduce production costs , control of pesticide pollution of the environment , improve the economic and ecological benefits .The pesticide flow measurement served as an important task in whole variable spraying pesticide control system . The pesticide flow measurement accuracy and stability , also will be the key to success or failure of the decision system .In order to improve the measurement accuracy and stability of pesticide , the design has developed a set based on the time difference method of the ultrasonic pesticide flow measuring device , the device adopts the master controller STM32F103R6T6 and high precision time measurement chip TDC-GP21.Through the experimental result and accuracy a-nalysis of ultrasonic flowmeter verification , the development of the ultrasonic pesticide flowmeter can achieve 1%accura-cy, which meets the design requirements , and provides a reference for the high measurement accuracy and low power ul-trasonic flowmeter .
