以广西钦州普通农户种植的台糖16号甘蔗为试验材料,利用课题组自主研制的甘蔗收获机械进行了甘蔗收割试验。采用高速摄像机观测收获机械输送系统甘蔗流量状况,统计机车前进速度与输送速度的不同组合下,收获甘蔗的剥叶效果包括含杂率和断尾率等数据,并对甘蔗收获机的收获效果进行了分析。结果表明,机器工作过程中,输送系统发生阻塞的速度组合以及剥叶效果为断尾率80%以上和含杂率2.5%以下的速度组合,为甘蔗收获机械的顺利工作提供了明确的操作指导。
以廣西欽州普通農戶種植的檯糖16號甘蔗為試驗材料,利用課題組自主研製的甘蔗收穫機械進行瞭甘蔗收割試驗。採用高速攝像機觀測收穫機械輸送繫統甘蔗流量狀況,統計機車前進速度與輸送速度的不同組閤下,收穫甘蔗的剝葉效果包括含雜率和斷尾率等數據,併對甘蔗收穫機的收穫效果進行瞭分析。結果錶明,機器工作過程中,輸送繫統髮生阻塞的速度組閤以及剝葉效果為斷尾率80%以上和含雜率2.5%以下的速度組閤,為甘蔗收穫機械的順利工作提供瞭明確的操作指導。

Tai-Sugar 16 sugarcane planted by ordinary farmers in Qinzhou Guangxi as test material , sugarcane harvesting experiment was done using the sugarcane harvester developed by our team .The sugarcane flow status in conveying system was observed using high-speed video camera .The leaf stripping data including impurity rate and top broken rate were counted under the different combinations between forward speeds and conveying speeds .And the harvest effect on sugar-cane harvester was analyzed .In sugarcane harvester working , the speed combinations caused the conveying system bloc-king was obtained .On the premise of leaf peeling capacity , the speed combinations , which have leaf peeling effect with more than 80%top broken rate and less than 2 .5%impurity rate , were discussed to provide a good operational guidance for sugarcane harvester to work smoothly .
