甘蔗收获机械的砍蔗刀盘安装位置直接影响其刚度特性和动态特性。根据研究,刀盘振动与甘蔗的破头率存在一定的影响关系[1],砍蔗刀盘安装位置因其刚度特性而影响砍蔗质量,对甘蔗收获机整机结构布局设计和结构设计具有重要的意义。通过对自行研制的两台整秆式甘蔗收获机样机的实验研究发现:砍蔗刀盘因安装位置不同,其刚度特性不同,从而对甘蔗破头率产生不同的影响;刚度特性好的砍蔗刀盘安装结构,甘蔗宿桩破头率降低45.2%~50.7%。
甘蔗收穫機械的砍蔗刀盤安裝位置直接影響其剛度特性和動態特性。根據研究,刀盤振動與甘蔗的破頭率存在一定的影響關繫[1],砍蔗刀盤安裝位置因其剛度特性而影響砍蔗質量,對甘蔗收穫機整機結構佈跼設計和結構設計具有重要的意義。通過對自行研製的兩檯整稈式甘蔗收穫機樣機的實驗研究髮現:砍蔗刀盤因安裝位置不同,其剛度特性不同,從而對甘蔗破頭率產生不同的影響;剛度特性好的砍蔗刀盤安裝結構,甘蔗宿樁破頭率降低45.2%~50.7%。
