为了探究 LED光源下光照时间的延长对生菜生长、品质和离子吸收量的影响,选择3个光照时间(12,16,20h)和2个生菜品种(美国大速生和香港玻璃)进行水培实验,并对试验数据进行了分析。试验分析结果表明:延长光照时间能够提高生菜的株高、叶长和叶宽、地上部分鲜重、根鲜重和地上部分干重;随着光照时间的延长,生菜可溶性糖含量显著增加,硝酸盐含量显著减少,二者呈负相关关系,其蛋白质含量显著降低;同时,延长光照时间能够显著增加生菜对硝酸根、铵根、磷酸根和钾离子的吸收量。因此, LED 光源下延长光照时间有利于增加生菜株高、叶面积和产量,改善品质,并促进离子吸收。

위료탐구 LED광원하광조시간적연장대생채생장、품질화리자흡수량적영향,선택3개광조시간(12,16,20h)화2개생채품충(미국대속생화향항파리)진행수배실험,병대시험수거진행료분석。시험분석결과표명:연장광조시간능구제고생채적주고、협장화협관、지상부분선중、근선중화지상부분간중;수착광조시간적연장,생채가용성당함량현저증가,초산염함량현저감소,이자정부상관관계,기단백질함량현저강저;동시,연장광조시간능구현저증가생채대초산근、안근、린산근화갑리자적흡수량。인차, LED 광원하연장광조시간유리우증가생채주고、협면적화산량,개선품질,병촉진리자흡수。
In order to investigate the effects of prolonging light duration in LED light source on lettuce ’ s growth, quality and absorptive amount to ions ,a water culture experiment in which the design included three light durations (12h, 16h, 20h)and two varieties of lettuce (American Dasusheng and Hongkong BoLi ) was conducted.The results showed that, the prolonging of light duration could increase lettuce ’ s height ,length and width of the leaves , above-ground fresh weight , root fresh weight and shoot dry weight .Then the prolonging of light duration could increase soluble sugar content and re-duce protein and nitrate content of lettuce significantly in which there was a negative correlation between soluble sugar and nitrate content .Besides these , the prolonging of light duration could result in the significant increase of absorptive a-mount of lettuce to nitrate ions , ammonia ions , phosphate ions and potassium ions .All of these showed that the prolonging of light duration in LED light source could increase the lettuce ’ s height , leaf area and yield , improve the quality , and promote the absorption to ions .
