针对现有玉米干燥技术对玉米籽粒进行脱水干燥,即采用先脱粒、后干燥工艺这一现状,采用红外辐射加热、双面干燥技术方案设计了一种红外玉米穗干燥机,并对转速和功率进行设计计算,其传动系统选择了摆线针轮减速机。设计后的干燥机对采摘后的湿玉米穗采用先干燥、后脱粒的工艺方案,解决了因直接对湿玉米穗进行脱粒籽粒破碎率较高的问题,并且在拨料杆拨动下玉米穗边滚边滑的同时,均匀地吸收红外辐射热,提高了干燥的均匀性。该干燥机的成功研制,彻底解决了玉米干燥行业所存在的问题,对推动玉米产业的发展具有重要意义。
針對現有玉米榦燥技術對玉米籽粒進行脫水榦燥,即採用先脫粒、後榦燥工藝這一現狀,採用紅外輻射加熱、雙麵榦燥技術方案設計瞭一種紅外玉米穗榦燥機,併對轉速和功率進行設計計算,其傳動繫統選擇瞭襬線針輪減速機。設計後的榦燥機對採摘後的濕玉米穗採用先榦燥、後脫粒的工藝方案,解決瞭因直接對濕玉米穗進行脫粒籽粒破碎率較高的問題,併且在撥料桿撥動下玉米穗邊滾邊滑的同時,均勻地吸收紅外輻射熱,提高瞭榦燥的均勻性。該榦燥機的成功研製,徹底解決瞭玉米榦燥行業所存在的問題,對推動玉米產業的髮展具有重要意義。

Existing Corn maize grain drying technology for dewatering drying , using the first threshing , drying after this situation ,the use of infrared radiation heating , double drying technology solutions designed an infrared corn drying ma-chine , and in the design calculations for the speed and power on the basis of its transmission system selected cycloid re -ducer .After drying machine designed for wet after picking corn using the first dry , after threshing process scheme , solved due directly to the wet corn for grain threshing makes the problem of high crushing ratio , and feed corn in the allocation of toggle lever trim slip below at the same time , uniformly absorb infrared radiant heat , improved uniformity of drying . The successful development of the dryer , corn dried completely solved the problems of the industry , to promote the devel-opment of corn industry has an important significance .
