切割系统是甘蔗收获机的关键部分,直接关系到甘蔗的切割质量以及砍倒后甘蔗的输送。根据“压倒-切割-提升输送”收割模式的理念,确定切割系统整体性能要求,并在此基础上确定了切割系统主要部件:压蔗辊、切割器、输送辊、夹紧装置,以及合理的整体布局和垂直提升方案。在切割系统试验平台上进行了正交试验研究,得出了在螺旋杆提升高度为200 mm时,切割系统布局的最优参数组合。
切割繫統是甘蔗收穫機的關鍵部分,直接關繫到甘蔗的切割質量以及砍倒後甘蔗的輸送。根據“壓倒-切割-提升輸送”收割模式的理唸,確定切割繫統整體性能要求,併在此基礎上確定瞭切割繫統主要部件:壓蔗輥、切割器、輸送輥、夾緊裝置,以及閤理的整體佈跼和垂直提升方案。在切割繫統試驗平檯上進行瞭正交試驗研究,得齣瞭在螺鏇桿提升高度為200 mm時,切割繫統佈跼的最優參數組閤。

Cutting system is the key point of sugarcane harvester , which is important for the cutting quality and transpor-tation of sugarcane .According to the design of “pressing down-cutting-lifting up and transporting” model , the perform-ance requirement for entire cutting system is determined .Therefore , the main parts of cutting system , including sugarcane pressing roller , harvester , transporting roller , and clamping device , and reasonable whole layout and vertical lifting plan are determined .The orthogonal experiment on the self developed experiment platform was carried out to verify the of the layout and find out the optimal parameter combination .According to the experiment , the optimal parameter combination of cutting system plan is drawn when the screw pole is lifted to 200mm.
