设计了基于固体流态化原理的气吹供种装置,并应用CFD软件Fluent 对种子流化室进行流场仿真,分析了供种装置流化室内距离布风板不同高度H的参考横截面和出口处流场的分布。结果表明:气流流场的不均匀性随距离布风板高度H的增加而减小;同时,由于壁面摩擦阻力的存在,近壁附近区域气体流速最小。仿真分析可为气力供种装置的优化提供理论支持。
設計瞭基于固體流態化原理的氣吹供種裝置,併應用CFD軟件Fluent 對種子流化室進行流場倣真,分析瞭供種裝置流化室內距離佈風闆不同高度H的參攷橫截麵和齣口處流場的分佈。結果錶明:氣流流場的不均勻性隨距離佈風闆高度H的增加而減小;同時,由于壁麵摩抆阻力的存在,近壁附近區域氣體流速最小。倣真分析可為氣力供種裝置的優化提供理論支持。

Pneumatic seed supply device was designed which is based on the fluidization principle .The flow field in the fluid-bed of the seed was simulated by using the CFD software:Fluent , analyzing the field distribution of the reference planes at different distances between the gas distributor and the out plane .The simulated results indicated that the uni-formity of gas phase flow field in the reference planes was improved with the increase of the distance between the refer -ence plane and the gas distributor;as the same time , the velocity in the zone of near the wall is minimum , because of that the wall have friction .The study provides theoretical support to optimization design for the pneumatic seed supply de -vice .
