针对联合收割机实时监测谷物产量的需要,提出了一种基于称重法的产量测量方法,采用电阻应变式压力传感器对收获谷物进行称重测量,将采集的数据经过放大电路、A/D转换后传送给单片机进行计算处理,根据传感器采集的数据建立回归预测模型计算当前谷物产量。该系统可以对谷物产量进行实时监测并在液晶屏上显示和存储。
針對聯閤收割機實時鑑測穀物產量的需要,提齣瞭一種基于稱重法的產量測量方法,採用電阻應變式壓力傳感器對收穫穀物進行稱重測量,將採集的數據經過放大電路、A/D轉換後傳送給單片機進行計算處理,根據傳感器採集的數據建立迴歸預測模型計算噹前穀物產量。該繫統可以對穀物產量進行實時鑑測併在液晶屏上顯示和存儲。

To meet the needs of combine-harvester monitoring the grain yield anytime , this paper puts forward a yeild measuring way based on the weighing method .In the design , resistance strain-type pressure sensor gets used to weigh the grain.In the next step, the acquired data will be transferred by the amplifying circuit and A /D.Finally, the data will be sent to the SCM to finish the calculation .According to the data from the sensor , it builds a regression model to calculate the present grain yield .This system could accomplish the real-time monitoring to the grain yield and make the data dis-played and stored on the LCD screen .
