Chlorophyll content is one of the important indexes of plant physiology , reflecting the photosynthesis capacity , growth , development and nutritional status of plant .The basic characteristics of chlorophyll were expounded , and the measuring method of plant chlorophyll was summarized .For different types of measuring method , corresponding improve-ment measures were put forward , and developing direction of plant chlorophyll measuring was prospected .
