叶绿素含量是植物生理的重要指标之一，反映了植物光合作用能力及植物生长发育和营养状况。为此，阐述了叶绿素的基本特征，重点对植物叶绿素测量方法进行了概述。同时，对不同类型的测量方法提出了相应的改进措施，并展望了植物叶绿素测量的发展方向。

Chlorophyll content is one of the important indexes of plant physiology , reflecting the photosynthesis capacity , growth , development and nutritional status of plant .The basic characteristics of chlorophyll were expounded , and the measuring method of plant chlorophyll was summarized .For different types of measuring method , corresponding improve-ment measures were put forward , and developing direction of plant chlorophyll measuring was prospected .
