针对日光温室冬季补温设备(热风炉)热效率评价问题,设计并研发了一套可实时监测热风炉热效率的测试系统,可自动采集热风炉的烟道温度、热风道出口温度、热风道风压、冷风进口温度等信号。基于工控组态软件编制的热风炉热效率测试软件可以显示并记录上述各参数,结合热风炉热效率算法,自动得到热风炉的热效率值。主要研究内容和研究结果如下:①热风炉的热效率与热风炉的热风道风速、热风道出口温度、热风道管径及进风口温度等因素有关,推导出热风炉的热效率算法;②选用工控组态软件,将传感器阵列采集的热风炉烟道温度、热风道出口温度、热风道风压及冷风进口温度等模拟信号,经由数据采集模块传输给计算机,并通过热风炉热效率算法将测试结果显示在热风炉热效率测试系统软件的人机界面上。

Aimed at the evaluation problem of thermal efficiency for the equipment ( the hot-blast stove ) that comple-ments temperature in winter , the test system is researched and developed in the thesis , which can monitor the thermal ef-ficiency of the stove in real time .The system is able to automatically collect the signals , including the flue temperature of the hot-blast stove , the outlet temperature of the hot air flue , the velocity pressure of the hot air flue , the inlet tempera-ture of the cold air flue, etc.Additionally, the system software, which is based on industrial control software , can also show and record the above-mentioned parameters .Finally , the thermal efficiency values will automatically be figured out , combining with the thermal efficiency arithmetic of the hot-blast stove .The contents and results of the research mainly read as follow .①The relationship between wind velocity and wind pressure of the hot -blast stove , together with the influencing factor of the thermal efficiency , are summarized through literature reviews .The thermal efficiency of hot-blast stove is influenced by the wind velocity of the hot air flue , the outlet temperature of the hot air flue , the pipe diame-ter of the hot-blast stove , the hot-blast temperature and the inlet temperature of the air flue , etc.②The thermal efficien-cy test system is developed , which utilizes the industrial control configuration software to convert the analog signals to the host computer via the data acquisition module .The analog signals is mainly comprised of the flue temperature of the hot-blast stove , he outlet temperature of the hot air flue , the velocity pressure of the hot air flue , the inlet temperature of the cold air flue , etc .
