根据目前粮食水分快速检测存在的问题,应用电阻法插杆式水分传感器测量原理,研究设计了一种基于现场总线粮食水分快速检测智能节点。节点微控制器采用C8051 F041,水分检测点6个,节点和上位机通信运用CAN 总线,适用于分布式粮食干燥控制系统。研究设计表明,该节点具有体积小巧、通用性好、抗干扰性能强、造价降低、线路少、维修方便、精度高且抗干扰能力强的特点,可满足分布式粮食干燥控制系统的要求。
根據目前糧食水分快速檢測存在的問題,應用電阻法插桿式水分傳感器測量原理,研究設計瞭一種基于現場總線糧食水分快速檢測智能節點。節點微控製器採用C8051 F041,水分檢測點6箇,節點和上位機通信運用CAN 總線,適用于分佈式糧食榦燥控製繫統。研究設計錶明,該節點具有體積小巧、通用性好、抗榦擾性能彊、造價降低、線路少、維脩方便、精度高且抗榦擾能力彊的特點,可滿足分佈式糧食榦燥控製繫統的要求。

Based on the existing problems in the rapid detection of grain moisture , using the theory of bar type moisture sensor resistance method to design a method which is used for intelligent nodes of grain moisture detection based on the fieldbus.Micro controller nodes are C8051F041, six moisture testing points , CAN fieldbus is used for nodes and the up-per machine communication , this adapt to distributed grain drying control system .The design indicates that the nodes have the advantages as bellow: small in size, high tensile strength, strong anti-interference performance,low-cost strategy, less line, easy maintenance, high precision, which satisfy the performance requirement of distributed grain dr-ying control system .
