为了找到园艺秸秆高效切割粉碎处理的内素,研究了黄瓜藤秸秆的力学特性与纤维结构。通过对比黄瓜藤秸秆根部、中部和头部拉伸应力-应变曲线发现,秸秆中部呈现塑性材料特性,头部和根部表现出脆性材料特点。黄瓜藤秸秆根部平均弹性模量是280.58MPa,远大于中部和头部的平均弹性模量198.81MPa 和137.22MPa。通过对黄瓜藤秸秆的显微结构的进一步研究发现,黄瓜藤秸秆均是由表皮、机械组织、维管束和薄壁组织组成的,是一种多孔、筛状、不均匀的复合材料。这些都为研制切割机械、选择切割参数提供了设计依据。

In order to find the internal factors of efficient cutting and grinding process of the gardening straw , mechanical properties and the microstructure of the cucumber vine straw were tested in the laboratory .Results showed that root of cumber vine presented characteristics of plastic material , while middle and head showed the characteristics of brittle ma-terial.Average elastic modulus of cucumber vine stalk root is 280.58MPa, which is much greater than the middle and head with average elastic modulus of 198 .81 and 137 .22 MPa respectively .Further , cucumber vine straw is composed of epidermis , mechanical tissue , vascular bundle , parenchyma and can be considered a kind of porous ,cribriform , uneven composite .Both of these conclusions can provide the basis of cutting machinery developing and cutting parameters selec -tion.
