为了实现寒区水稻的增产,以水稻秸秆为主要原料,配以高分子水乳型胶粘剂,经热压制备水稻植质钵育秧盘,采用正交试验设计方法分析施胶量和制备工艺(成型压力、模具温度和保压时间)对植质钵育秧盘性能的影响。对试验结果分析得出制备植质钵育秧盘工艺优化参数为:施胶量95%、成型压力30 MPa、模具温度145℃、保压时间300s,可为进一步研究和植质钵育秧盘的产业化生产提供技术借鉴与参考。

In order to realizes rice yield in cold region ,The paper explores preparative technique of the seedling-growing bowl tray that mainly made of rice straw that is combined with water Emulsion polymer Adhesive via hot pressing .The pa-per analyzes the performance influence of the glue quantities and the preparative process ( the molding pressure , the molding temperature and the holding time ) to seedling-growing bowl tray with orthogonal experiments .The optimal pa-rameters through the analysis of the results are:the glue quantities is 95%, the molding pressure is 30MPa, the molding temperature is 145℃, the holding time is 300s, the optimized parameters can meet the needs which provides technical reference for the further research and industrialization production .
