螺旋膨化机作为目前使用最广泛的饲料热加工机械，具有连续化、高温、加工时间短等特点，通过不同的配置可以生产出种类繁多的膨化产品。为此，就螺旋的设计进行了探讨，从物料特性与机械结构相结合的角度分析了膨化机的设计过程，主要从含水率等物料特性、传动系统、螺旋配置、压缩比、模板与切刀等方面展开阐述。

Screw extruder is currently the most widely used feed hot-processing machinery for its continuity , high tem-perature , short time and so on .It can be used in manufacturing huge variety of expand product for its various configura-tion.This paper's purpose is to discuss the key design of screw extruder .From the point of combining material features and mechanical structure design , We discuss the design process including the research of material characteristic , drive system , design of screw , compression ratio , discharge plate and cutter .
