为解决矮化密植红枣人工收获的问题,针对矮化密植红枣的种植模式和生长特点,设计了一种自走式矮化密植红枣收获机,阐述了该机的整机结构、工作原理以及关键部件设计等。该机具采用立轴双滚筒振动采收装置,实现了基于振动采收原理的红枣与果枝分离。由此为矮化密植红枣收获机械的深入研究和发展提供了参考。

To solve the artificial harvest problem of dwarf and close planting jujube , based on planting pattern and growth characteristic of dwarf and close planting jujube , this paper designed a kind of self-propelled dwarf and close planting ju-jube harvester .The overall structural , working principle and critical component design of the machine were introduced . This machine used vertical double drum vibratory picking device ,which could finish the separation of red jujube and fruit branch based on the principle of vibration .This research provides a reference for further research and development of dwarf and close planting jujube harvester .
