为解决温室灰色预测模糊 PID 控制算法控制适应性差的问题,在灰色预测模糊 PID 控制算法的基础上,加入依据室外温度变化的模式控制算法,构建了由温度采集节点、中心节点、温度控制节点与 PC 机组成的ZigBee 无线网络温度控制系统。在IAR Embedded Workbench IED 和Visual C++6.0环境下,开发了ZigBee 节点程序和上位机算法程序。对灰色预测模糊PID算法和改进控制算法进行了对比控制试验,并依据 Harris 理论对两种算法的控制精度进行了评价。试验结果表明:改进控制算法比灰色预测模糊PID 算法控制精度提高了0.2℃。

In order to solve the problem of poor adaptability of precision deterioration to the gray prediction fuzzy PID control algorithm , the gray prediction fuzzy PID control algorithm is improved by adding the mode control algorithm based on the changes of the outdoor temperature .The temperature control system is composed of PC , temperature collection nodes , central node and temperature control node .The software of ZigBee nodes and the main algorithm are programmed in the environment of IAR Embedded Workbench IED and Visual C ++6 .0 .Grey Prediction Fuzzy PID algorithm and improved control algorithm were compared in two contrast tests,the control accuracy of the two algorithms were also evaluated based on the theory of Harris .In experiment of testing the system , the improved algorithm get a better result of control precision about 0 .2℃than the original algorithm .
