针对棉花与杂质物料特性的差异,设计了一种机械和气流相结合的采棉机除杂系统;运用 SolidWorks 软件对其主要零部件进行三维建模;运用 ADAMS 软件模拟不同载荷下钉齿滚筒的运动状态以及不同的转速下棉花的运动状态。对比分析结果表明:钉齿滚筒受到的载荷越大,滚筒的扰动情况越剧烈;当钉齿滚筒的转速为200~400 r/min时,清杂效果较为理想。

A separation system whose separated method combined with Machinery and Wind power is designed based on the material characteristic difference between cotton and moits .Three-dimensional modeling on its main parts by using Solidworks software .Using ADAMS software simulated the movement state of Barbed nail cylinder and cotton under dif-ferent loads and different speeds ,the results show that:the more loads imposed on Barbed nail cylinder , the more fierce it will work .When the speed of Barbed nail cylinder is in 200~400r/min, cleaning effect is the best .
