针对现有花生排种器只能定量排种的弊端,设计了一种调整挡板结构。其通过改变内孔宽度的大小实现对较小种子的排种,提高了排种器的精播率。建立了清种区种子的运动数学模型,计算出了排种盘的角速度范围,在此基础上通过 ADAMS仿真得到了较为理想的排种盘角速度范围,并通过分析内孔和外孔中种子的运动轨迹曲线得到了不同排种盘角速度和不同内孔深度对清种区大小的影响,为排种器的改进和发展提供了一定的理论参考。

In view of the existing peanut seeder can only metering malpractice ,this paper put forward an Adjustment-baf-fle structure to solve this problem .This structure improves the metering precision sowing rate , which can realize the see-ding of the smaller seeds that through changing the width size of inner hole .Mathematical model of motion for the seeds in the clearing area was established , the range of angular velocity of the seed discharging disc was calculated , on the ba-sis of it, ideal range of angular velocity was gotten through ADAMS simulation , and the effects that different seeding disc angular sizes and different hole depth on the cleaning zone was gotten through the analysis of inner hole and the hole trajectory curve of seed .It provides certain theory reference for the improvement and development of metering device .
