为定量分析农机购置补贴政策对农业生产与国民经济的影响，利用投入产出表数据编制 SAM 表，采用GAMS程序建立CGE 模型，对农机购置补贴政策进行了模拟分析。结果表明：农机购置补贴政策有利于减少农业生产的劳动力投入，促进农村剩余劳动力向二、三产业转移；农机购置补贴金额增加将导致农业部门及其他部门的产出增加、产品价格下降，同时提高居民的消费效用，促进农业部门的出口增加、进口减少。为进一步提高我国农业劳动生产率和农产品国际竞争力，建议进一步丰富农机购置补贴形式，扩大农机购置补贴种类，加强农机购置补贴监管。

In order to evaluate the quantitative impact of the farm machinery purchase subsidy on agricultural production and the national economy , the paper complicates a Social Accounting Matrix table with the 2007 input-output data and builds up a CGE model to simulate and analyze the farm machinery purchase subsidiary policy with the GAMS program . The results show that: the farm machinery purchase subsidy policy helps to reduce the labor input of agricultural pro -duction and promote the transfer of rural surplus labors to the secondary and tertiary industries .In addition, increasing the amount of farm machinery purchase subsidy will increase the output of the agricultural sector and other sectors , lower the product price , improve the residents'consumption utility and increase the export and reduce the import of the agricul-tural sector .To further enhance the agricultural labor productivity and competitiveness of agricultural products , it is rec-ommended to further enrich the subsidiary forms , expand the subsidized agricultural machinery types and strengthen the regulation in agricultural machinery purchase subsidies .
