目的:探讨槲皮素对非沉积高尿酸血症致肾损伤的保护作用。方法:成年雄性 Wistar大鼠随机分成对照组、模型组、槲皮素组。氧嗪酸钾灌饲法制备大鼠高尿酸血症肾损伤模型,槲皮素预防治疗5周,测定24小时尿蛋白、血清及肾组织生化指标,同时进行肾脏病理学研究。结果:与模型组相比,槲皮素降低了血尿酸(SUA)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)以及血清和肾组织中白介素-6(IL -6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF -α)及丙二醛(MDA)的水平,并能提高血清和肾组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。槲皮素组的肾脏病理损伤也获得缓解。结论:槲皮素对非沉积高尿酸血症所致的肾损伤具有保护作用,这种保护作用可能与槲皮素的降尿酸、抗炎、抗氧化作用有关。

목적:탐토곡피소대비침적고뇨산혈증치신손상적보호작용。방법:성년웅성 Wistar대서수궤분성대조조、모형조、곡피소조。양진산갑관사법제비대서고뇨산혈증신손상모형,곡피소예방치료5주,측정24소시뇨단백、혈청급신조직생화지표,동시진행신장병이학연구。결과:여모형조상비,곡피소강저료혈뇨산(SUA)、혈뇨소담(BUN)、혈기항(SCr)이급혈청화신조직중백개소-6(IL -6)、종류배사인자-α(TNF -α)급병이철(MDA)적수평,병능제고혈청화신조직중초양화물기화매(SOD)적활성。곡피소조적신장병리손상야획득완해。결론:곡피소대비침적고뇨산혈증소치적신손상구유보호작용,저충보호작용가능여곡피소적강뇨산、항염、항양화작용유관。
Objective :Study the protective effect of quercetin from renal injury induced by non -crystal hyperuricemia .Methods :Male ault wistar rats were randomly assigned into three groups :control group ,model group and quercetin group .Daily gavage with oxonic acid potassium was used to build non -crystal hyperuricemic rat model ,using quercetin to prevention treat for 5 weeks .Biochemical and pathology study were carried out .Re-sults:Compared to model group ,quercetin reduced the levels of 24h urinary protein uric acid ,creatinine ,blood urea nitrogen ,blood and renal inter-leukin -6 ,tumor necrosis factor -αand malondialdehyde ,and increased the activity of superoxide dismutase in blood and kidney .There is marked re-nal injury in the non -crystal hyperuricemic group ,which is reduced in the quercetin group .Conclusions :Quercetin can protect kidney from renal inju-ry induced by non -crystal hyperuricemia ,which is associated with its lower uric acid ,antiinflammatory and antioxidative effect .
