针对汽车悬架设计中弹簧刚度和阻尼系数的选取估算精度低、不能同时获得平顺性评价的问题,提出了一种克服上述问题的悬架主要参数设计方法。通过频域分析给出悬架主要参数与性能参数关系图,运用该图在已知悬挂质量、非悬挂质量和轮胎刚度等参数的情况下设计悬架刚度、阻尼和动行程。可在设计的初始阶段对悬架刚度和阻尼进行有效匹配,并对采用相应参数汽车的平顺性和轮胎抓地性能进行较准确的预测。该方法可提升悬架设计的效率和质量,可根据用户需求进行针对性设计和系列化设计。

With the low automobile suspension stiffness and damping estimation accuracy in present automobile suspen-sion design,ride evaluation cannot be obtained at the same time. The design method of main suspension parameters to overcome this problem is presented in this paper. The designer can draw the figure about relationship between the main parameters and the main performances of automobile suspension by frequency analysis. Based on the figure, the integrat-ed design of automobile suspension stiffness, damping and working space can be made only with the known three pa-rameters: suspension mass, unsuspended mass and tire stiffness, and also the prediction on the ride and the tire grip performance of the vehicle being designed. This method can improve the efficiency and quality of suspension design. And it is easy to meet the special or a series of design according to users’demands.
