对产自山西、河北等地的22个燕麦样品的β-葡聚糖含量进行测定分析,以期为高β-葡聚糖燕麦品种选育及相关研究提供借鉴研究。结果表明,β-葡聚糖含量为2.0%~6.5%,含量低于3.00%和高于5.00%的品种较少,含量在3.00%~4.99%的品种较多;按品种类型,新育成品种β-葡聚糖含量高于地方品种;按来源地,山西品种相对较高。

Theβ-glucan content of oat is analysed and evaluated for 22 accessions from Shanxi and Hebei provinces in China. The result shows that theβ- glucan contents ranged from 2.0% to 6.5% by dry weight of sample. Theβ-glucan content of below 3% and above 5.00% cultivars in the total cutivars is analysed, from 3.00% to 4.99% cultivars is more. According to the types of cultivars, the cultivarsβ-glucan content of landraces is lower than breeding cutivars. The β-glucan contents in oat from Shanxi are high.
