以胶粉为基体材料,研究了硫化体系、软化增塑体系、偶联剂以及加工工艺对胶粉物理机械性能的影响。实验结果表明,硫黄硫化体系、古马隆以及KH-550和KH-570有利于提高胶粉的物理机械性能;而加工方法上以先加白炭黑的一段混炼工艺为最佳。

Based on the waste rubber powder, the effects of the curing system, the plasticizing system, coupling agents and processing technology on the mechanical properties were studied. The experimental results show that, the sulfur curing system, the coumarone as well as KH-550 and KH-570 can improve the mechanical properties of waste rubber powder, and the optimal processing technology is one stage mixing of firstly adding white carbon black.
