利用硅烷偶联剂KH-550与环氧树脂LER0350间的反应制备了有机硅改性环氧树脂反应型材料,并就反应时间、温度以及物料比对材料性能的影响进行研究.结果表明,有机硅与环氧树脂实现共价键合,当m(LER0350):m(KH-550)=10:1、40℃反应3h时,材料的固化性能最佳.

The silicone modified epoxy resin were prepared by virtue of chemical reaction between silane coupling agent KH-550 and epoxy LER0350, and the effects of reaction time, temperature and material ratio on the properties of modified epoxy resin were investigated. The results showed that silicone had been grafted on epoxy resin, and the optimum curing properties of product possessed to climax when m(LER0350) : m(KH-550) = 10: 1, 40 ℃ and reaction time was 3 h.
