TC4钛合金引信天线上零件有腰型槽尺寸小、精度高、机械加工性能差等特点。通过多因素正交实验方法和多元线性逐步回归分析建立0.4mm超小刀具TC4钛合金切削力数学模型,分析了各切削参数对切削力的影响程度。通过该数学模型和实际生产经验优化了切削参数。通过MasterCAM软件对刀路轨迹进行优化、模拟和仿真。

The characteristic of the fuze antenna TC4Titanium alloy is small dimension of groove,high precision and difficult machining etc.The empirical is examined by using the multi-factors orthogonal test method.The analytic model of cutting force in the case of TC4 Titanium alloy of 0.4mm tool is presented by stepwise regression.The empirical relationship between the cutting force and the cutting parameters is given.Cutting parameters have been optimized by the model and the experience.By the MasterCAM,the cutting track have been optimized、simulated and emulation.
