Wireless Electrocardiogram Telemetry%Arrhythmia%Diagnosis
目的:探讨无线心电遥测在心律失常诊断中的意义.方法:选择2008年2月~2011年12月入住甘肃省第三人民医院心内科及CCU的患者127例,随机分组,心电遥测作为实验组,行无线心电遥测;动态心电图作为对照组,行十二导24小时动态心电图监测.比对分析两组心电数据,观察两种方法诊断心律失常的符合率:结果:实验组心律失常检出率100%,对照组心律失常检出率100%.两组在各类快速及缓慢心律失常的监测上比较无统计学意义.结论:无线心电遥测能够检测出各种心律失常,与24小时动态心电图比较结果无显著差异,且及时、准确、便捷,在及时性方面更具优势,在早期心脏病的预防及诊断中具有临床应用价值,对心血管疾病的早期诊断与监测以及治疗方面可提供有效帮助,在临床应用中有广阔的发展前景.

Objective To explore the wireless electrocardiogram (ECG) telemetry in the clinical application of cardiovascular disease. Methods Select 127 cases who admitted to department of cardiovascular and CCU of the third people' s Hospital of Gansu province during 2008.2 - 2011.12, randomized, were performed respectively the wireless electrocardiogram (ECG) telemetry and 12 - lead ambulatory ECG 24 - hour monitor, ECG telemetry as the experimental group, ambulatory electrocardiogram as the control group., to observe the coincidence rate of two kinds of methods in the diagnosis of arrhythmias. Results The detection rates of arrhythmia in both experimental group and control group were 100%. There was no significant difference between two groups in monitoring various types of fast and slow arrhythmias. Conclusion The wireless electrocardiogram (ECG) telemetry may detect all arrhythmias with timely, accurately and convenienttly.
