本文在分析国土资源系统高层次创新型人才现状和问题、借鉴国内外创新型人才成长与培养经验和做法基础上,提出了"打造人才梯队、推进创新型人才队伍协调发展,树立科学人才管理理念、加强体制机制创新,营造国土资源创新型人才文化氛围"等培养国土资源高层次创新型科技人才的建议。
本文在分析國土資源繫統高層次創新型人纔現狀和問題、藉鑒國內外創新型人纔成長與培養經驗和做法基礎上,提齣瞭"打造人纔梯隊、推進創新型人纔隊伍協調髮展,樹立科學人纔管理理唸、加彊體製機製創新,營造國土資源創新型人纔文化氛圍"等培養國土資源高層次創新型科技人纔的建議。
본문재분석국토자원계통고층차창신형인재현상화문제、차감국내외창신형인재성장여배양경험화주법기출상,제출료"타조인재제대、추진창신형인재대오협조발전,수립과학인재관리이념、가강체제궤제창신,영조국토자원창신형인재문화분위"등배양국토자원고층차창신형과기인재적건의。
Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of land resources system of high-level innovative talents,learning from the growth and cultivation of innovative talents at home and abroad on the basis of the experiences and practices,this paper proposed some suggestion to cultivate Land and Resources of high-level innovative scientists and engineers,which included creating echelon personnel,promoting the coordinated development of innovative personnel,establishing the scientific concept of talent management,strengthening institutional mechanisms for innovation and Creating innovative talent culture of the Land and Resources.
