研制出一种用于混凝土表面喷涂聚脲用的双组份环氧底涂材料,并讨论了不同树脂种类、固化剂种类以及填料用量对其粘接性能的影响,结果表明:使用环氧树脂E51、固化剂D1303以及填料用量为100%,制得的环氧底涂材料的粘接强度高达3.5MPa,表干时间≤2小时。
研製齣一種用于混凝土錶麵噴塗聚脲用的雙組份環氧底塗材料,併討論瞭不同樹脂種類、固化劑種類以及填料用量對其粘接性能的影響,結果錶明:使用環氧樹脂E51、固化劑D1303以及填料用量為100%,製得的環氧底塗材料的粘接彊度高達3.5MPa,錶榦時間≤2小時。
연제출일충용우혼응토표면분도취뇨용적쌍조빈배양저도재료,병토론료불동수지충류、고화제충류이급전료용량대기점접성능적영향,결과표명:사용배양수지E51、고화제D1303이급전료용량위100%,제득적배양저도재료적점접강도고체3.5MPa,표간시간≤2소시。
A bicomponent epoxy primary coating material used for spraying polyurea on the surface of con- crete was developed. The influences of different types of resin, curing agent and the amount of filler on ad- hesion strength were discussed. The results showed that when the epoxy material was based on the epoxy resin ESl.curing agent D1303 and 100% of filler, the adhesive strength of the epoxy material was up to 3.5 MPa, meanwhile the table dry time was not more than two hours.
